Refund policy
1. Warranty

All products are covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of receipt.

During this period, free repair or exchange is available for product defects (customer misuse/damage excluded).
2. Exchange Policy

Products can be exchanged within 30 days if found defective.

After inspection, a new replacement unit will be provided.
3. Return Policy

Defective / suspected defect:
Returns are accepted within 30 days. After inspection, either a refund or replacement will be arranged. -
Change of mind:
Accepted only within 30 days and if the product is unopened. Once opened, returns are not possible.
4. Repair (A/S)

Within the warranty period, defective products will be repaired free of charge.

If the issue is due to misuse or out of warranty, repair and shipping costs may apply.
5. General Notes
